Somerville Adopt-a-Store

Starbucks has built its business on claims of being a progressive company. Yet its union busting campaign doesn’t live up to these proclaimed values. Thousands of Starbucks workers across the country have organized against Starbucks’ union busting tactics – now it’s time for customers and allies to take a stand and demand that Starbucks becomes the company they claim to be.

We will be holding signs, passing out flyers, and talking to customers outside the Davis Square Starbucks. The flyers have a QR code which links to a petition telling Starbucks we stand with the workers and demanding they respect the workers' right to unionize. Anyone interested in volunteering with Starbucks Workers United can also sign up for the email list at the petition link.
